This album is the 10th volume in this series, and
it continues coverage of the Camaenidae. It includes 558 shells belonging to
114 species, 20 subspecies and 12 named forms. As is the same with the other
volumes in this series there is little text except for a list of the family
systematics The high quality photographs, generally of several views of a
single species and variations within a species are what makes this a useful
reference guide. Each of the illustrated specimens are keyed by their
scientific name, and a reference to the size of the shell and generalized
locality information about where it was found.
