Intertidal Mollusks of Iquique,Chile, is a book that has been around for many years. It is one of the very few books that we have that covers the shallow water mollusks of Northern Chile. The book describes and shows photographs of 102 species of mollusks found in the intertidal zone of the city of Iquique. As well as an identification guide, the book's preliminary section has a section with information about the shells found in this region. This is a used book that is in remarkably good condition compared to most that I've had in the past. There are some stains along the edges of the folded covers and the previous owners name is inked on the front title page.The body of the book looks as if it was new.
